Do you live in or near Boston?
Are you curious about how to be more imaginative?
Do you want to use your imagination in a deliberate way in your own life – and feel happier?
If so, join me for the forthcoming hands-on workshops to experience the transformative benefits of imagination for your mind and body. Imagination is often associated with children, artists, and designers, and not with everyday adult life. But, we can all benefit from harnessing our imagination and using it in a deliberate way.
Come prepared to slow down, wonder, laugh, and imagine! Walk away feeling inspired, hopeful, and empowered to use your imagination in your daily life.
All the workshops are free and open to the public – everyone is welcome!
JANUARY THURSDAY 15. Pure Imagination! Reconnect with Your Superpower Workshop. What will I eat for dinner? What would an alien civilization look like? How can I improve my life? If you have ever pondered these questions – or similar ones, you are using your imagination. But how exactly does it work, and how can you put it to work in a deliberate way in your own life – and feel happier? In this workshop, you will learn the science behind imagination and the main barriers. You will practice a range of techniques to identify your own barriers and strategies to overcome them, gain confidence imagining individually and collaboratively, and experience its positive effects.
